Battle Re-enactment & Living History
Text Box: The 95th (Rifle) Regiment of Foot is a member of the Napoleonic Association of Great Britain, among other organisations. We are made up of members from all walks of life with the common aspiration to re-create a part of our military heritage, not only for our own pleasure, but also to illuminate this period in history through events and shows for interested members of the public.

Our events, which normally include living history encampments, parades, battles, talks and demonstrations, take place between April and October. Not only across the length and breadth of Great Britain, but throughout Europe.

Originally founded in 1975 the unit has evolved and grown steadily in numbers since. We strive to keep uniform; equipment and performance standards high and in doing so have gained the respect and esteem of the modern armed forces and many other sponsors.

We are truly a family society with wives and children quickly catching the bug as camp followers once their rifleman has enlisted. The living history encampment plays a major part of our recreations with both officers and soldiers living quarters and way of life depicted.
